Jenkins 的 job 已移入文件夹 iotlcm-opensrc，访问路径变为 /job/iotlcm-opensrc/job/iotlcm-oss-build/，原硬编码的 /job/iotlcm-oss-build/ 会 404。 改为读取组织密钥 JENKINS_JOB_PATH，默认回退到旧路径。 以后 Jenkins 里再移动 job 只需改该密钥，不必改 11 个仓。

Consumers
The service always registers these business consumers when RabbitMQ is enabled:
iotlcm.traffic_usage.daily.retryiotlcm.traffic_usage.monthly.retryiotlcm.work_order.auto_close
For local Admin-to-Worker integration checks, set workerDiagnostic.enabled: true to
register iotlcm.worker.diagnostic. Diagnostic messages are logged and acknowledged;
they do not access MySQL, TDengine, or Upstream. The diagnostic consumer is disabled
in the default and build configurations.
SIM status synchronization
Status sync uses run-scoped queues and durable outcome counters. See
Run accounting and rollout for the new
simStatusQueueSync.redisKeyPrefix setting and tests.
角色权限同步
配置 roleSync.enabled: true 后，独立接管管理后端的持久化角色权限任务。部署顺序与回滚见 docs/角色权限任务切换.md。默认关闭，必须先执行迁移并移除旧管理后端执行入口。
