# 批次执行日志
|
|
|
|
批量划拨等任务提交后，可通过“我的”或“办理”中的“批次执行日志”查看执行记录。入口、批次概览和明细分别受权限控制。

|
|
|
## 查询批次
|
|
|
|
1. 按批次编号搜索，或展开筛选条件。
|
|
2. 可按渠道、操作模式、录入方式和执行状态组合筛选；点击刷新重新查询，清除筛选可恢复完整列表。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. 点击记录查看批次概览和执行明细；需要时刷新详情，或切换为仅查看失败项。
|
|
4. 列表支持加载更多。划拨任务可能从划拨页面直接打开关联批次详情。
|
|
|

记录会显示批次号、提交渠道、操作类型、录入方式和执行状态。明细权限不足时仍可能看到列表或概览，但无法查看逐卡结果；具体字段按接口权限和返回数据展示。
|
|
|
|
## 状态未确认
|
|
|
|
任务处于待处理或处理中时，刷新原批次查看进度。若提交后网络中断且页面提示结果未确认，不要新建相同任务；保留原批次号，先查看日志并核对卡片归属。只有确认任务未受理且不存在待执行任务后，才能按页面提示重试原任务。
