# 小程序端使用手册
|
|
|
|
本文介绍 iotLCM 平台当前已开放的页面及操作功能，具体可用内容以账号实际权限为准。当前版本以**公开查卡和状态排查**为主，业务办理入口暂未开放。

|

|
|
## 推荐流程
|
|
|
|
1. 打开小程序首页，在“卡片查询”中输入 ICCID、MSISDN、IMSI 或 IMEI。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. 也可以点击“扫码”读取卡片条码，或点击“拍照”识别卡片上的 ICCID。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. 点击“查询”，查看卡号、卡状态、使用流量和在线状态。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4. 需要查看公开字段时点击“详情”；需要判断异常原因时点击“卡片排查”。
|
|
|

## 账号密码登录
|
|
|
|
1. 在需要账号数据的页面进入登录页，或在首页点击登录入口。
|
|
|

2. 输入已有账号和密码，完成页面要求的安全验证后点击“登录”。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. 如果同一账号匹配多个登录身份，按页面提示选择本次要进入的账号。
|
|
4. 登录成功后返回原页面；设备页会按账号权限加载卡片数据。
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
当前版本不开放注册和微信登录。“忘记密码”页面会提示短信服务接入后开放，无法登录时请联系账号管理员或客服。
|
|
|
|
## 使用边界
|
|
|
|
- 公开查询和排查结果仅供辅助判断，最终以运营商和业务系统状态为准。
|
|
- 未登录查询不会展示完整 IMSI、IMEI、APN、IP、套餐内部信息等受限字段。
|
|
- 请勿在查询、排查或反馈内容中提交身份证号、银行卡号等无关敏感信息；密码只应填写在登录表单中。
|
|
|
|
