MiFaZhan	6c26f7a0e1	fix: 删除从 builder 拷贝 zoneinfo 的指令原 Dockerfile 依赖私有基础镜像预装的 tzdata；换成公共 golang:alpine 后 builder 阶段不存在 /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai，构建报 'failed to compute cache key: not found'。 runtime 阶段已 apk add tzdata + ENV TZ=Asia/Shanghai，该 COPY 多余，直接删除。	2026-10-29 13:42:17 +08:00

iotlcm-sms：独立短信 HTTP/gRPC 服务，支持阿里云与腾讯云。

- Go module 迁移至 git.5iot.com/iotlcm-public/iotlcm-sms
